Maison Bloom, a hemp-infused seltzer brand, was the lone cannabis company to earn an award at this year’s Pac Global Packaging Awards.
Thanks to its creative packaging design from Hippo Premium Packaging, Maison Bloom won the Best in Class award in the Brand Marketing, New Brand (Beverage) category.
Hippo founder and CEO Kary Radestock called the award a “validation of our effort.”
“We are grateful for the trust Maison Bloom placed in us, and we look forward to continued success in delivering cutting-edge packaging solutions,” she said.
It’s the first time a cannabis company has won a Pac Global Packaging Award since 2020, and the first ever for an infused seltzer. Maison Bloom beverages are focused on providing consumers with a unique combination of strain-specific flavors in a whole-plant formulation. The single-barrel approach to manufacturing is more akin to how a mixologist builds craft cocktails.
Maison Bloom comes in a variety of distinctive flavors, including Strawberry Provençal & Lemongrass, Watermelon & Pink Peppercorn, Pȇche & Wild Honeysuckle, and Stone Fruit & French Vanilla.
Maison Bloom CEO and co-founder Nathan Johnson said working with Hippo has been a game-changer for the five-year-old company.
“Their innovative designs and commitment to quality have elevated our product packaging to a whole new level,” he said. “This Pac Global Packaging Award is a testament to the incredible partnership we’ve built with Hippo.”
