David Kerr is dedicated to serving as a trusted counselor to his clients and to providing effective, creative, client focused legal services to start-ups, freelancers, creative endeavors, entrepreneurs and risk takers. David Kerr has worked as an in-house counsel for technology companies in silicon valley, directed government affairs in the telecom and cable TV industries, and worked in local government. All of this experience lends itself to effectively representing new companies and new businesses, particularly in the emerging marketplace of legalized marijuana in Washington State. David Kerr believes in working closely with clients, working hard to gain an understanding of both the client and the client’s business.
