Living the Dream: Jeff Yapp

Looking back at the past few months, we are proud to say that we have remained strong in both wholesale and retail sales. Our foot traffic at each of our stores has increased and we are excited to see that customers are expanding their horizons and trying different products.

As we look forward to what’s to come, we are focusing on our “Mix It Up” campaign, which gives customers the freedom to create their perfect, customizable dose of cannabis with the Chalice Farms Fruit Chews. Whether you’re looking to ease stress or spark some energy, the effects-based chews come in a variety of effects and flavors, including Balance (acai berry), Recovery (lemon ginger), Energy (tangerine), Sleep (tropical), Calm (kiwi strawberry) and CBD (green apple).

We are also launching a medical subscription program that allows medical card holders to be able to subscribe to upwards of a pound of cannabis on a weekly or monthly basis depending on what their needs are.

In spite of the challenges facing Portland and our country, we are fortunate that the company has grown tremendously from this time last year. Being in Portland, we have faced a unique set of circumstances and have had an unprecedented number of break-ins. We are currently focusing on the safety of employees and customers as we work on preventative actions.

Another challenge we have faced here in Oregon has been in the fires, some of which have impacted the harvests of farms that we are working with. Through these times, our cannabis community has remained strong, and we are working with local farms to continue to deliver top-of-the-line products to our customers.
