And while the acronym “RISE” — Reliable, Industrial, Simple and Efficient — describes the company’s commercial trimming and bucking equipment, it also conveys CenturionPro’s explosive growth as a company.
Customer demand has grown so high during the past year that the company not only quadrupled the size of its headquarters, but also leased back its old location just to handle the overflow — all prior to CenturionPro expanding its product line with 36 new products. By the end of 2021, the company will have a suite of 45 products available to provide the perfect bucker and trimmer for growers of all sizes.

Dry Batch Trimmers
Among the new product lines debuting this year is the CenturionPro Dry Batch Trimmers. The Dry Batch Trimmer line was specifically developed for harvesting delicate dried cannabis and hemp and is designed to protect the cannabinoid and terpene profiles growers work so hard to perfect. There are five models of Dry Batch Trimmer, numbered to reflect its trimming capacity, starting with the Model 1, which is capable of trimming up to 8 pounds of dry cannabis an hour, all the way up to the Model 5, which has an unprecedented trimming capacity of 218 pounds of dry cannabis per hour.
Each model is constructed with stainless steel, aluminum and brand-name parts and features CenturionPro’s Soft Tumble Technology to perfectly manicure each flower with minimal trichrome loss. To collect trichomes that may detach during processing, each machine comes with a trim collection bin with optional kief filter screen. Models 2 through 5 also include speed controls for even more precision. All models come with a 3-year warranty.
On top of having models suited for any size grow, CenturionPro’s Dry Batch Trimmers are priced to have the highest throughput per dollar and to be the most affordable dry batch trimmers on the market.
The Enhanced SS Line
CenturionPro is also launching an upgraded version of its existing lines of trimmers. The five models in the Enhanced SS line are beefed-up versions of the company’s award-winning trimmer models, built with 304 stainless steel and aluminum and developed with a greater focus on regulatory compliance.
The new models — TableTop SS, Mini SS, Gladiator SS, 3.0 SS and Original SS — all come standard with variable speed controls for added product versatility. The Enhanced SS models are also equipped with nitrided blades, food-grade hopper, stainless-steel bearings and a double-sealed bearing chamber for long lasting, maintenance-free operation.
Of course, the SS models also include the unparalleled production capacity and 10-year warranties that made the company’s original trimmers so successful, but the top-end SS models push those standards even higher to usher in the next generation of premium harvesting equipment.
A Bucker for Every Harvest

CenturionPro has long lived by the motto, “A Bucker for Every Harvest,” and for good reason. The company has the most comprehensive catalog of buckers in the industry and has a machine to meet the destemming needs of any grower in the world.
The company’s GC (Gentle Cut) Mini Bucker was developed to carefully remove flowers from stems without damaging trichomes, or the delicate, natural beauty of a cannabis flower. The GC Buckers do not pull or push the flowers off of the stem, they cut them in the same fashion a hand trimmer would with a pair of scissors. A single GC Bucker can prune up to 40 pounds of wet plant material, or 8 pounds of dry, per hour. GC Buckers are modular systems, so as many as three buckers can be linked to increase production to buck up to 120 pounds of wet plant material or 24 pounds of dry each hour.
The HP Buckers earn their “high-performance” title, as the machines continuously feed stems through two rollers that pop flowers from the stem at a much faster rate. A single HP Bucker can destem up to 175 pounds of wet plant material or 35 pounds of dry material per hour. Like the GC Buckers, the HP Buckers are also modular, and operators can link up to three machines together to destem more than 500 pounds of wet plant material or more than 100 pounds of dry plant material per hour.
TableTop Options
CenturionPro’s TableTop trimmer is the most efficient and practical trimmer available on the market today. Though small, the TableTop is capable of trimming up to 20 pounds of wet flower (or four dry pounds) of flower every hour. It can do the work of 16 employees, providing the same quality at a fraction of the cost or time commitment to onboarding.
The TableTop trimmer uses the company’s Dual Purpose Hybrid Tumbler, which was developed to easily switch between wet and dry plant matter with only a few quick adjustments. The machines include the largest hopper in the industry, a triple-bag kief filtration system and a 1-horsepower suction system that collects trim and kief.
The company also offers TableTop units with non-stick Quantanium Tumblers that retain 40% more trichomes than standard trimmers, while preventing any surface buildup without lubricants or sprays. Cleanup at the end of the business day is easy with a towel and warm water.
Growers can further slash overhead costs for harvesting by adding one of CenturionPro’s TableTop buckers to their TableTop trimmer. The company’s buckers can replace more than 20 workers.
XL Machines
The sheer capacity of CenturionPro’s XL equipment is enough to keep even the largest operators ahead of the game. CenturionPro’s XL 5.0 and XL 10.0 Trimmers allow operators to trim between 2,250 and 3,000 pounds of wet flower (or roughly 450 to 600 pounds of dry flower) per hour. Both the XL 5.0 and XL 10.0 are easy to clean due to their stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction, and their straightforward designs make them equally simple to set up at any facility. The nitrided blades on the XL 5.0 make 630,000 cuts per minute, outperforming every industrial trimming solution available aside from the XL 10.0’s 840,000 cuts per minute. Both XL trimmers come with a food-grade hopper and a five-year warranty.
The company’s XL Megabucker is a destemming goliath that can buck up to 2,400 pounds of wet cannabis or hemp material per hour (or 480 pounds of dry plant material). The machine is easily mobile thanks to its standard-sized trailer hitch and four steel-belt tires. The XL Megabucker is the only industrial-scale destemming solution in the industry. The unit includes two fixed-speed conveyors for destemming plants and a variable-speed conveyor that deliver the unprocessed flower to operators. The XL Megabucker comes with a two-year warranty.
The XL Megabucker can also be linked to either XL trimmer to further decrease production times.
Rail systems and Conveyors
CenturionPro’s promise of reliable, industrial, simple and efficient trimming and bucking equipment is made possible by the company’s modular rail systems, conveyors and speed-control units.
With the Rail System, growers can connect three CenturionPro trimmers and nearly quadruple feed rates. For example, three Gladiator trimmers would scale the feed rate from 125 pounds of wet flower per hour up to 455 pounds per hour. That’s a 364% increase in production.
For dry flower, the Rail System can increase capacity from 25 pounds an hour to 91 pounds.
The Rail Systems are compatible with any CenturionPro trimmer and offer optional variable speed control.
CenturionPro is also offering new in-feed and quality-control out-feed conveyors that are compatible with its lines of buckers and various trimmers.
The process of connecting the machines is unbelievably simple: Just align the machines together over the rail, connect and tighten with a pin-drop turnbuckle, then raise the jack to the desired height and let gravity do the work.
And as with all of CenturionPro’s trimming equipment, the end result is indistinguishable from hand-trimmed flower.
