The third annual Hemp and Health Expo will be at the TRAC Center in Pasco, Washington on Oct. 21-22. Organizers are highlighting local businesses that promote alternative medicines and holistic health. Attendees will be able to explore their options when it comes to pain management and overall health, including CBD products, topicals, essential oils, massage therapy, organic supplements, kombucha and many more products and services for sale. There will also be a big focus on education with seminars and classes going on throughout both days of the event. The featured class, “Intro to Indoor & Outdoor Growing,” is designed to teach medical cannabis patients how to grow their own medicines.
The class is geared toward the beginning medical grower and will cover how to water and feed properly for better growth, how to clone your favorite strain and choosing the right soil for your growing conditions. Lisa Buchanan will do a presentation on “Cannabis and Healthcare” and Meagan Holt will give a talk on saving her terminally ill toddler with full extract cannabis oil. There will also be local presenters sharing their stories and testimonials.Β

Attendees will be able to watch live glass blowing demonstrations on both days and be able to enter for a chance to win a special glass piece.Β
