The fourth semi-annual Interchange event will be Nov. 8-9, providing state-licensed businesses and ancillary service providers the opportunity to do millions of dollars in business in a short amount of time. Hosted by Marijuana Venture magazine, the top national business-to-business magazine in the cannabis space, Interchange is an opportunity for cultivators from all over the Evergreen State to meet with buyers from some of the state’s top retail stores.
Held over the course of two days at the Renton Pavilion, Interchange connects producers with buyers in a series of face-to-face, private meetings to display the newest products and hottest strains with an end goal of structuring deals. This unique process enhances industry-wide productivity and provides an environment to foster relationships with like-minded business professionals.
“I love it,” said Danny Khuu, buyer for the Evergreen Market chain, after participating in the spring event. “Every time I’ve come to one I’ve found something I need for the shelf.”
“This is the best event I’ve been to, hands down,” said Roy Arms of Boggy Boon farms. “I’ll never miss another one.”
Marijuana Venture publisher Greg James estimated more than $10 million in sales were made at the last Interchange, held at the same location in June. Industry professionals won’t want to miss the opportunity to put product in front of the top stores or to see what the state’s best producers have ready from the fall harvest, James said.
Spaces are filling up fast as Interchange is limited to about 40 retailers and 40 producer/processors.
